The Martin Stadium project takes place on the south side of the stadium where the existing press box and suite seating were replaced with a four story 80,000 SF enhanced premium seating and press box facility.

The press box will include space to accommodate media, television, radio and stadium operations appropriate for BCS and Pacific 12 league competition. The premium seating portion of the new facility will include approximately 1200 Outdoor Club seats; 49 covered Loge Boxes (combination of 4 and 6 person boxes); 23 Indoor Suites (combination of 11, 12, 18 and 24 person suites); Indoor Club seating for 80 to 100 patrons; Indoor Club Lounge sized to accommodate all premium seating patrons; and kitchen/serving facilities to offer “upscale” concessions.
